1. Staff told us that it is normal to have ants in Florida, & looked at us blankly as if to ask 'what is the big deal'?, he did not care less.

3. The only 'concern' is that they offer no transportation to Discovery Cove (not a big deal - it was about $30 on a taxi) and the transportation schedule to Sea World was kind of limited.
