1. Housekeeping services were poor; staff were not knowledgeable about park operations or special events; check in was a slow process; the music in the pool area often fell into the realm of pop, and rarely was any real 'rock' heard.

7. Were supposed to stay 4 nights, checked out early due to poor mattress.
