1. The room was slightly larger at Hard Rock but most of that is in the bathroom which had two sinks, tub, and toilet all in one room which made it inconvenient for two people to be getting ready at the same time.

3. This was more than enough for us since it was such a minor inconvenience, so we got to enjoy a delicious lunch at the Kitchen, and then some free drinks.

4. It ended up being a mix up with another guess miswriting their room number as ours, but as an apology for the 'inconvenience', the staff gave us 2 free buffet breakfast vouchers for the Kitchen restaurant downstairs.

5. We had a regular double room booked and could not check in until 4pm so they upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience.

10. Compensation for this inconvenience was excellent, we were upgraded to a room with a pool view and could see Universal in the distance.
