2. My angel of mercy was a Vibe Manager named Steven King; he listen expressed outrage made phone calls and apologized for everyone less the caring attitude.

4. Now for the cons: 1) food prices are outrageous at the restaurants on the property, 2) hotel charges $15/day to self park, 3) hotel does not like for customers to bring food to the pool area that was not purchased at one of their restaurants, 4) wifi was not included in the price of the room.
