1. The pillows where small an uncomfortable and what was surprising is that none of the pillows had protectors on them.

3. Seeing as the most important part of a hotel is the bed, for me, it was difficult to justify paying that much for an uncomfortable spot to rest my head.

4. The beds are so uncomfortable that they dip into the middle & if you sleep 2 in a King size bed you have to hold on to the end of the bed so you are not swallowed into the middle.

5. HOW UNCOMFORTABLE it is to wake up in SWEAT because I do not move while I sleep????? After touring the town, it was UNACCEPTABLE HOW HOT IS IN THE ROOMS.

8. I was initially uncomfortable with the location, the cost of parking (an insoluable problem) and peripheral services like Internet (even Microtel has free Internet - c'mon guys.
