9. It is quite loud from late afternoon until about 11 or so because of the loud brass band that plays on the corner of Bourbon and Canal (we were on the sixth floor overlooking Canal).

10. Hotel is at the cnr of bourbon street and canal street so could not be in a better location, hotels on bourbon street would be crazy loud with the bars and clubs being open till 3am.
