1. My biggest complaint was that the rooms, all booked at the same time, months before, and for the same price were widely disparate in size and accomodation.

4. My only complaints are that the queen size beds are rather short; I'm 5'6' and felt, even after moving a small mountain of pillows, that it was too short.

6. My only complaint would be that when we arrived we had a hard time finding valet and ended up parking in a garage where we had to lug our stuff around the block to get to the hotel, but the interior of the hotel and the comfortable bedding made up for it quickly.
"Friendly Staff and A Fun Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/4/2012 Vote
7. I recently stayed here for three nights free on priority club points, so not sure what I would be willing to pay, but I basically had no complaints at all.

"Memorable Trip " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/22/2011 Vote
9. But so what? There is so much VERY GOOD traditional New Orleans cuisine available practically at the hotel doorstep, the problem of poor quality hotel event food is a minor complaint.

10. My only complaint was that housekeeping didn't replace our dirty coffee cups, they simply wiped them out and returned them to the tray.
