5. -The business center was appreciated - free printing-The lobby is gorgeous-The room temperature control was hard to figure out and would turn off after 15 minutes of no movement in the room - very annoying-It came in handy that there was a CVS right across the street from the hotel.

7. My only complaint would be that when we arrived we had a hard time finding valet and ended up parking in a garage where we had to lug our stuff around the block to get to the hotel, but the interior of the hotel and the comfortable bedding made up for it quickly.
