1. and that day I was taking him to the WWII Museum and with tours scheduled everyday I didn't want to have a time consuming delay by complaining about a bad employee.

3. That is what you get in that location at that level, so I'm not complaining, just letting would-be travelers know that if they want to sleep before the wee hours, they should request an upper floor at check-in.

4. The hallways on the third floor smelled very badly, moldy, but on the our third day there it smelled better, so maybe someone complained & sent someone to freshen up the carpet.
