Here is what I found:1) Called before I came in to make dinner reservations and was put on hold for 15 minutes2) Made dinner reservations and wrote them down with the concierge3) Went to check in (I am Priority Club Gold Member) and wasn`t recognized, asked the agent for change and was told that she didn`t have any4) No mention of benefits for PC given to me at all5) One room was large and the other was small (2 queens large and the king was small)6) We found dirty cups on the top of the armoire and paperwork from weekend guests on the floor7) Stained pillow cases8) AC was broken and only read celcius (which we lived with)9) Bathroom tile needed recaulking badly and the bathtub was scratched10) asked several questions to the front desk and got misinformation11) Went to dinner and our reservations were totally MESSED upIn short, we had several problems and the rooms weren`t great.
