1. I called down to the front desk, and they moved us to the room directly across the hall, but it certainly didn't seem to be a surprise to them that the room was dirty, and they did not really do anything to make amends for it, such as upgrading our room.

The first room we went into had a dirty floor, including bobby pins on the floor that certainly were not mine, and when I went to move the blankets on one of the two beds I pulled out a past guest's itinerary that had been tucked under the fold, so who knows when the bedding on that bed had last been changed.

7. Why don't hotels send a crew out to round those dirty dishes back up? Whose responsibility is it? Back to point, if you get a good rate here you will not be disappointed and will enjoy your stay.
