2. for us) Arriving at the hotel valet area was the most stressful and difficult, so my advice is to arrive as early as possible before Canal gets to busy.

8. Now for the not so good, Prices everything is extremely expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed in in the Quarter there are hotels that offer free internet this isn't one of them in fact I have cell phone 3g through Att and My phone would not work the entire time I was in the room made communicating with friends rather difficult and they charge you for local calls also also beware of room service the price on the menu is not what you pay, I was looking at something for 12 bucks it ended up costing me 18 plus tip, also for a classy hotel we found there to be people sleeping in the hallways when we returned one night from watching a parade.
"Could have been better could have been worse " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/16/2010 Vote
9. The rooms are decent size, but the beds are hard as a rock, making it difficult to sleep (as if it wasn't hard enough already).
"Not the hotel for families..or anyone who wants to actually sleep! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/14/2009 Vote
10. When I tried to find a staircase to use instead of the elevator, I found it difficult to find stairs because some were not well labeled, and I could not find a staircase that went from my floor (3) to the lobby.
