During our stay, while we enjoyed the location of the hotel (downtown Boston/Newbury),
unfortunate
ly the nice room and locale were overshadowed by the horrendous customer service.

We were staying for five nights
unfortunate
ly our daughter became ill on the way over which turned into a bad flu we ask for some hot water to be sent to our room to make a hot drink as there was no kettle in the room when the waiter arrive he delivered a coffee pot with five bags of coffee which we did not ask for on contacting the reception it had been included on the bill for five nights stay which they said they would deduct which they had not (only discovered on receiving out credit card bill) My daughter was able to venture out on the third day and left her mobile behind as it did not work in the US.
