1. The hotel is either within walking distance or a short train ride away from everything there is to see in Boston and with what it lacks in modern amenities it more than makes up with a great location.

2. How, in this day and age, does a business-class hotel NOT provide coffee in the room? Or a working iron? Or, for $200 per night, can they provide only the flimsiest plastic cups for drinking? Or not upgrade wiring to at least provide grounded, 3-prong outlets to protect laptops and other business devices? Amazingly, the meeting rooms lack electrical outlets and phone connectivity other than house phones.
