1. I'm not sure what the other reviewers were on about - perhaps they did have bad experiences, or perhaps they may just be very fussy people? Either way, the hotel was fine for me - you wouldn't want to pay $300 a night for it - but if you can get it around $150 online then I think you're doing well, particularly for Boston.

We were staying for five nights unfortunately our daughter became ill on the way over which turned into a bad flu we ask for some hot water to be sent to our room to make a hot drink as there was no kettle in the room when the waiter arrive he delivered a coffee pot with five bags of coffee which we did not ask for on contacting the reception it had been included on the bill for five nights stay which they said they would deduct which they had not (only discovered on receiving out credit card bill) My daughter was able to venture out on the third day and left her mobile behind as it did not work in the US.

3. Kinda to bad as our stay was OK until we checked out and wanted our car, that has left a bad taste and really turned us both off.

4. The bad: tiny rooms, tried to sell us the upgrade we already purchased online through this website, then the upgrade to two bathrooms didn’t even include a toilet in the second one.
