2. Yes, it is very nice that they claim to be the first hotel that invented some crazy gizmo on the room door that allows the cleaners to return your laundry without disturbing you , but that same gizmo is a nice metaphor for this place - currently useless, out of service, and ugly.

3. Not that people were being loud and disturbing us but city noise came in loudly through the window and any little sound out in the hall was heard loudly in our room.

5. Make sure to put your 'do not disturb' sign on the door when you are sleeping because the maids do knock quite early.
