After being in a dirty, old, stinky room, with horrible furniture, damaged towels canopy and dust everywhere, we gave our credit card as a guaranty (our nights there had already being paid by our travel agent in Italy) and the day after we had left, without permission, reason and signature, they had stolen more than 400 dollars from our card.
