4. Oh after me checked in on the 3rd day I finally called the operator to request someone come up and remove the room service tray outside my door in the hall way which was not mine but it was left there and I saw it from day one, cause it started to stink and mold they transfered me back and fourth but no one showed up until next day (day 4th) until I spoke to the FD manager.

5. Bathroom was moldy, not clean, mirror and sink was covered with som kind of gunk, I am not sure what that was, toilet had human waste from previoues guest.

6. The customer service was average at best, the rooms (original room we were given had a shower with cracked and moldy (and I mean MOLDY) tiles, the smoke detector was falling off the ceiling, and the AC was terrible.

8. The room showed signs of its age (some cracks in the corners, frayed carpeting in some places, many layers of paint on the moldings and trim) but also showed signs of recent renovations (new tile around tub, new headboards.
