1. The only downsides to the hotel in my opinion are there is no free Internet unless you stay in a deluxe room, which is ridiculous, no major hotel in this country should still be charging for use of the Internet especially when it is provided for free in other sections of the hotel and the other downside is there sometimes is an odd odor when you first enter a guest room.

2. The only downside was the lack of coffee making facilities in the room but as mentioned by someone else there was a coffee bar just next door which was great.

6. The only real downside is that the hotel is feeling its years - you could hear the traffic noise and feel the cold through the windows, the AC unit was ratty, the bathroom was tiny and had a strange smell.
