3. ) Had to involve a front desk manager to get a cup of tea (they served it to us in a different reataurant to avoid unpleasnt 'tea lady' encounter again)Would highly recommend 'Parings' restaurant there though.

7. All in all, it certainly seemed to me that this is a hotel coasting on its historic status and location; I recommend avoiding it, particularly when taking into account the price (not cheap).
