1. When traveling for business and personal I need internet and it is a real inconvenience when this is not offered.

5. They tried to fit us into a small room than requested, They promised us free breakfast to compensate us for the inconvenience and after reviewing our bill all breakfast charges were charged to us, we had to request to have them removed.
