1. Then after reading reviews here, I was initially disappointed, especially given comments about the small bathrooms and poor service (I went with my wife and children, ages 4 years and 6 months).

10. convenient, but not affiliated with the hotel, very expensive, and no validation offered-The hallways are clean, bright, well air-conditioned, and very pleasant (not like more modern hotels)-The Park Plaza is affiliated with Starwood Hotels, but they don't give Starwood points (a disappointment).
