1. The location is great and service was ok, another issue is that they state they are a branded SPG hotel, however you get no points for the SPG club or upgrade options, basically defeats the purpose of the whole program.

3. The two big issues I had was 1)no wireless internet and there was a daily charge for connecting to the internet and 2)the showers are really small.

5. The room was very nice, very comfortable bed, great linens, very clean, no issues at all.

6. the biggest issue was the lack of wifi in the room and the wired internet connection in our room did not work - we ended up spending 1-2 hours at starbucks everyday as we needed internet.

8. The day we arrived was a little chilly, but then temperature in the room could not be independently adjusted, it is a hotel wide issue.

10. Our room was a corner room and thus very large, bathroom was on the smaller side compared to the room but this was not an issue to us.
