1. Nothing was wrong with it all all, but compared to some of the places in other countries it seemed to be lacking somethings for one to the top hotels in Boston.

2. Something was wrong with their computer, and it kept trying to authorize room charges to my credit card, which resulted in my credit card company shutting down my card because I had $18,000 worth of pending charges to my card.

The Lenox looks like and is one of the old, Grande Dame, hotels, but it is sparklingly kept up, from finishes to uniforms, and the staff was unfailingly young, friendly and helpful - for example the concierge got us a moved reservation at a top restaurant during hectic restaurant week when it had been all my fault in giving her wrong date initially.
