1. unfortunately, though I can detect the scent if I put my nose down in the candle when it's not lit, when it is lit, it emits no scent at all.

3. The decor is a bit dated, and unfortunately our room was a Double Queen Junior Suite on the third floor with absolutely no view (request a higher floor if you can).
