1. My main complaint is when I arrived early on a Sunday, after a redetermination from the west coast I was told by reception that I didn't have a reservation.

8. My only complaint was they did not have a last minute room for us to spend one more night because we were having such a great time.

9. The only real complaint was how noisy our room was, in part because it was located next to the ice machine in the corridor outside, but also the door and walls didn't feel sufficiently well insulated against people coming and going from adjacent rooms.

10. Can I find a complaint? Well this is an old hotel and the lift service is a tad slow, but well compensated by that friendly Boston welcome and service.
