1. The only negative about the hotel is the cost to park your car--that added a lot to the cost of staying there.

6. I really hate to say anything negative about this hotel because it really is fantastic, however it is let down by some of the staff in the 'Solas' bar.

Lets start with the only negative of the whole weekend, we tried to eat late Friday night at the Solas irish Pub and after 20 minutes of sitting at a table, never saw a waiter or was even acknowledged by a staff member, so we got up left (again no acknowledgement) and walked across the lobby to City Table and had a wonderful time.

8. The only negatives were that the room vents somehow carried the voices from guests in the rooms on both sides directly into my room, which wasn't great when both had invited friends over and were playing music.

9. Only real negative we encountered was some late night partying in a neighbouring room on one of the nights and would have expected better sound insulation in such a hotel but not enough of a negative not to give Lenox top marks.
