9. We travelled to Boston just after Christmas, and despite being delayed by one day due to poor weather in Boston, the hotel facilitated us by allowing us to stay for an additional night Rooms were comfortable.

No request is too much and all the little touches are unbelievable, from the staff at the door to greet you ,to leaving a hand written birthday note and bottle of wine for my wife's birthday, to the poor gentleman that came to our room twice to help us with our fireplace fire, everyone had a smile on and seemed generally happy to be working here.
