1. The only unfortunate thing was the pool was tiny and the parking was valet-only (and not economical).

I thought it wouldn't take long before they got to our car however, it was unfortunate that everyone left the lobby and we noticed that even the ones barely making it down to the lobby left before us, so we asked the main valet guy and he forgot to our keys up on top of the counter for the guys to take them they were on the bottom of the desk.

4. The bathroom had 3 lights but unfortunately none were right near the shower so the shower area was a little dark.

7. unfortunately on the 2nd and 3rd nights there was a large convention that checked in and trying to go to sleep felt like I was caught in Spring Break.

10. unfortunately, we were not charged for just one night and as a customer paying $180 a night I do expect my room to be cleaned no matter how late i arrive, and also be treated more courteously by front desk staff.
