1. The hotel had friendly valets that had my car ready when I asked with no waiting; the price was a little high but the service was good so it's hard for me to complain about that.

8. The hotel staff area all nice and try really hard - there's chilled water and cookies in reception, they let you use the reception computers when the business center one is in use.

9. The hotel facilities aren't good either, the gym is tiny and very hot, the pool isn't really a pool and more of a water feature and the Jacuzzi doesn't hardly bubble.

10. As someone that travels for work and books 3 double rooms, 3-4 nights per week for our 6 employees, I will have a hard time choosing another Hilton property.
