1. This was not the quietest hotel - our room faced the freeway and the AC unit was a little loud - but it never caused us a problem.

8. We called the front desk and within minutes a maintenance worker was there to fix the problem.

9. Everything at the hotel was fine, very clean and the facilities were nice, the problems came up when I got home from the trip and checked my credit card report, the hotel had charged me and extra $1500.
