1. The hotel had friendly valets that had my car ready when I asked with no waiting; the price was a little high but the service was good so it's hard for me to complain about that.

10. When we complained of the parking fee the response was you can park for free on the street from 10 pm to 8:00 am but they are not responsible should anything happens to your car.
