3. bad: road noise on I-35 side of hotel; complicated access from streets; in need of renovation (ours seemed to be a rehabbed smoking room); confusing floor plans on sleeping and meeting floors; tiny, tiny bathroom, with sink outside in room; limited TV channelsI would stay again, but would consider other options.
