2. When we got there, the golf cart driver was told the wrong entrance for the bus to pick us up, which didn't really matter because the bus couldn't fit thru the cargo entrance anyway.

3. Overall you cant go wrong with this hotel, and the value was great for what we received (taking into account location and food quality).

4. One thing that seemed a bit odd was that self parking was quite a hike away and one of the parking attendents told us there wasn't an elevator? Perhaps they were wrong, but we had to lug our stroller, bags and child up three flights of stairs.

7. Don't get me wrong, I still adore the atmosphere of Disney; however, after we saw the price difference, my family will stay off site from now on.

8. Then they got all 3 rooms wrong and I had the pleasure of calling back on my own dime and spending 1 hour to get them to fix the reservations.

9. This is not a 5 star hotel , its a solid 4 star , nothing wrong with 4 star but please set your expectations when you book.
