2. Ok - as and hotel the GrandCalifornian lacks in a few points as rooms are very tiny and dated - its huge and a bit impersonal and its expensive but you are there to experience Disneyland and for that you could not ask for a better place to stay at .

8. Customer service is is excellent and the convenience of your own park enterance, the ability to easily return to the room for naps, and the ability to purchase the Disney meal plan is worth the extra expense.
