7. We have stayed here before and I do not think that we were given as great of service as we have had in the past and for the money you pay to stay here it was disappointing.

The space was nice and there were a lot people coming in and out of the room based on the convention so we liked being able to shut off the bedrooms, but coming from staying at the Del Coronado with five star service and knowing disney can give that type of service, we were left a little disappointed.
