1. However, the water pressure is so pathetic that I found the getting clean part difficult, and the whole shower/bath experience far from five star.

5. The GCH apparently has several WiFi routers at the hotel (with overlapping signals, by what I can tell), and as such getting a good solid connection was difficult.

10. Our mixed response is because the original problems were difficult to deal with late at night after a full day of wedding events but many of the staff were truly wonderful and provided the level of service you expect from an expensive hotel and then some.
