4. The room is fine--had to ask for robes, found a dirty sock in the corner, asked every night for bunkbeds to be pushed against walls only to have them returned again the next afternoon (and this was for 5 nights.

5. I had laundry that needed to be done on one the days of our stay and the trek from our room to one laundry facility took me over 5 minutes to reach it (doesn't sound like a long time but it is when you are lugging dirty clothes for 4 people) - it would be nice if they had one facility on each of the wings because this hotel is HUGE.

6. I asked for the reasons and they basically said that their pattern and practice is to clean rooms and not leave dirty sheets on the bed.
