3. negatives:constant music from downtown disney only stops 10pm which is a problem if your kids need to sleep , restarts 9am.

4. I was reluctant to stay at the Grand based on all the negative reviews, however our recent stay (20-23 Dec) dispelled our fears.

5. The only two major negatives I found on this trip was the hotel WiFi connection and Sprint Cellular Service.

6. The housekeeping gets 5 for a spotless room but, infinite negatives for breaking our hearts when they insulted my daughter in front of her face while apparently thinking they were speaking in code.

8. Which speaking of brings me to the negative aspects of the hotel that you should be aware of, as to not be surprised or disappointed.

9. The negatives are that in the hall we could smell the gas from the fireplace below and the TV channels were disappointing.
