1. Fortunately/unfortunately they turned down our room on the first night and left a helping of chocolates, then when they continued to miss our room our daughter was a bit disappointed.

2. unfortunately our room wasnt ready but he took my cell number and texted me as soon as it was, he had given us our room keys already so all we would have to do is go to it.

3. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows although the drapes and bedspread were, unfortunately, not quite up to the room price (but this is Disney.

4. The Bad:The night before we departed for the hotel, Darren, our Concierge, called to inform us that unfortunately we wouldn't be able to get a room with 2 queen beds but would have to settle for one king bed and a pullout sofa bed with a 'Premium Pool View'.

7. unfortunately, the bunkbeds are made for 3 years olds and my 16 year old did not have much room with the wood frame that is outside the mattress.

8. Daily newspaper, but who has time to read at Disneyland? I was able to try and relax in the Jacuzzi once, but it was unfortunately filled with kids throwing things back and forth to one another.
