1. There was a sticky juice mess in the bottom of the mini-fridge, and many surfaces were dusty.

After many go-rounds with the front desk staff, they agreed to give us our 2Q/Daybed room starting on our second night, but we had to suffer with the dusty old sleeping bag for our first (they made it sound like a fun thing to have a sleeping bag, but for the price we were paying, it seemed almost comical).
