1. It didn't feel very private having a balcony facing downtown Disney, it was kinda noisy and busy.

3. The only downside is that it is slightly noisy, but that is to be expected at this type of hotel the week after New Year's when there are a lot of children at the hotel visiting the parks.

6. The only downside to where we stayed was we had a view of the California Adventure park - which when we first arrived we thought WOW - however - of a night / early morning it was quite noisy, so would rather have had a pool view or something.
