1. I won't bore you with details, the issue really is that there was a problem and it took quite a while to solve because the manager was not really listening to our concerns and suggested resolutions.

2. Negatives:constant music from downtown disney only stops 10pm which is a problem if your kids need to sleep , restarts 9am.
