1. For our children, who had very specific rides they didn't want to miss; they were able to avoid the long lines of the popular rides during the early entry.

3. The separate entrance to the California Adventure Park is a huge plus-- you can avoid the long lines at the main entrance.

4. It was also nice to just pop in and out of the parks for Fast Pass rides or use the CA Adventure kids area as a playground to avoid the lines and just get the kids out to play.

5. If you want to avoid the lines at the Disneyland entrance, you can always take the Monorail from the Disney Downtown terminal into the park (drops you off at Tomorrowland).

8. You have a chance to eat with the characters in the morning at Storyteller's Cafe & you can go to Disneyland @ 7am on certain days to avoid the crowds.
