1. Provide the hotel staff with an opportunity to address the issue prior to letting it ruin your vacation.

2. The staff at the club we top notch and although I am typically reluctant to leave our daughter with anyone, we had did not have any issues after meeting with the staff.

3. We did have a bit of a hike to our rooms so if you have mobility issues you might want to ask for something closer to the elevators.

5. I was pushed off as with the explanation that the work order had been submitted to maintenance, so it wasn't their issue.

6. I won't bore you with details, the issue really is that there was a problem and it took quite a while to solve because the manager was not really listening to our concerns and suggested resolutions.

8. One issue was that when I made up the daybed, there was crushed candy under the mattress - understandable with such a busy hotel.

9. The only issue was waiting for our room on the Sunday we arrived, it is frustrating to have to wait (past the posted check-in time) after flying with 2 small children across the country.
