5. Best part is you can walk to the park and avoid the hassles that come when staying at neighborhood hotels, such as parking at the main garage and lifting your sleeping child from stroller to ride the tram.

8. If we had been hoteled off park, I'm sure that once it got to cool in the evening we would have called it a day rather than hassle traipsing back and forth (I had been warned by friends that that's what they ended-up doing being too tired to go out again once off park).
