1. Hotel is also close to not-so-nice neighbourhood area Tenderloin (just 2-3 blocks away) which makes it a bit uncomfortable to arrive to the hotel at night.

This would be somewhat bearable if it was during the day and you were not in the room for very long however when you could hear every word at 4 am when it is obvious that these people are awake and packing and leaving for the airport for their 6am flight, well, then it is very uncomfortable especially when you don't have to get up for another 5 hours.

9. When it did come on, it made an impressive hissing sound and did warm up quickly, but for the rest of the night, the room temperature kept changing between too cold and too warm, which was frustrating and uncomfortable.
