4. The TenderNob location provides for easy access to main attractions, and the staff is very helpful both in directing guests to public transport and in avoiding the more dangerous parts of the nearby Tenderloin district.

6. As for the neighborhood, this is not exactly Nob Hill, but on the other hand, it is not dangerous and the hotel is adjacent to some of the best Thai and Vietnamese food I've eaten.
