1. Downside: dicey neighborhood, hotel rooms are spotless and at the same time worn down (chipped paint, dirt on walls), noise level is high ( you will be up at crack of dawn)That said you can't beat the value, staff or home feel this property offers.

When I saw the balloons and box of goodies (with the phrase `cravings?` written on the top, and which included a decadent piece of chocolate cake, bagel chips, blue cheese stuffed olives, ear plugs, imported soda water, and several other little items) I thought my husband had just earned some serious brownie points.
