1. We were too tired to say anything that evening, but after complaining to the staff in the morning we were moved to a larger room on a higher floor, and didn't hear a peep.

7. The only downfall I can see is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated and could do with an overhaul but everything was clean and for the amount of time spent in the bathroom I can't complain.
